Volume 3, Chapter 7- Finally!
It seems like we got stuck in chapter 6 for quite awhile, but as of next Wednesday, we will be finished. I will post pictures of our lapbooks when we finish them. In the mean time, I am doing my prep work for chapter 7 and it appears to be a long history chapter. I just saw that the kids (and myself) will need to learn the fifty states in order. When I was about 11, I remember two of church friends singing a song to help them memorize the states. I never did learn the song entirely, but what they taught me, I still remember to this day. I asked them about it recently and they had no idea what I was talking about. Funny. Anyway, I was so glad to see it posted on youtube.com. Now, to find a song for the US Presidents!
