Here is an awesome interview with Huckabee on the View. The View is a show that regularly hammers anyone with conservative views and recently called our homeschooling children "demented". If you want to get upset, you can see that video here. However, here is the much more encouraging video with Huckabee:

November 23, 2008 - Untitled Comment Oh Cathy thanks for posting this! He was sooo our choice for running for president on the republican ticket and I could really spew green stuff regarding how I felt the republicans and the conservative talk show hosts shot themselves in the foot when they did not get behind him 100% as a true conservative.
Anyway it was good to see them treat him with respect but I still have to wonder what a presidential debate between Huckabee and Obama would have looked like. It woulda been good! LOL! God knows best and that is what I have to keep coming back to.
BTW, your girls are adorable!
Blessings, Julie

November 26, 2008 - Untitled Comment Hi Cathy,
thank you so much for your thoughts on my post about "uncertainty". It helps put things into perspective for me. I really have learned about uncertainty in the past and it's easy to apply when everything is "hunky dorey", ya know? It's when I'm actually going through the land of Caanan that I need to trust God. :) Happy Thanksgiving!

I homeschool my three sweet daughters on our little farm, plus live along side my sweet step-daughter, my husband, our cat, our dog, some cows, and some chickens... God has done a work in me bringing my heart closer and closer to my family. And I feel so blessed.
