• May 24, 2009 - Pool Party

Posted By Cathy in Photography

On Saturday, we went on a long trip to an extended family member's pool party. It involved a long trip, but the girls had so much fun, it was worth all the hours in the car.

Here are some pics from the day:

The baby slept on the way there.

Rachel was upset about something and didn't want her picture taken. The girls were trying to get her to turn around.

Natalie has great freckles doesn't she?

I went in with Abigail too, but Abigail really had fun with Jon.

I'm sure she liked being a part of a water fight too.

May 25, 2009 - Untitled Comment Oh, they look like they're having so much fun!
Road trips can be hard, especially when you have one that needs to go to the bathroom often!
I'm so glad you guys had a great time.
Your pictures in your previous post are so pretty. I love the Rhodedendrens (sp?). They wouldn't do well here our summers are much to hot and dry but I must say yours are absolutely stunning! We too have been gardening like mad. The rains have stopped and we're finally drying out. I'll be making my way out to the garden with hoe in hand later this morning. I've got to get cucumbers and cantaloupe in.
I hope your Memorial Day weekend is safe and blessed!
Julie

I homeschool my three sweet daughters on our little farm, plus live along side my sweet step-daughter, my husband, our cat, our dog, some cows, and some chickens... God has done a work in me bringing my heart closer and closer to my family. And I feel so blessed.
