I just love the stage my sweet little girl is at right now. I don't ever want her to grow up.

July 2, 2009 - That pic is absolutely adorable! I bet you just want to hug and squeeze and kiss those sweet little cheeks off!

July 2, 2009 - I miss that stage so much. I was telling my 5 year old today that I wanted her to start growing down instead of up. I miss that sweet stage. She has healed well and has a scar to prove it. The scar is where the pin was inserted. We're putting Vitamin E on it each night hoping it will be small and unnoticeable, but if not, there is a story to tell.
And to answer your question about the crabs....we let them go. Not sure if anyone eats those things or how you would. But yuck! They are too much fun just to catch and let go.
I had my post op appt with the orthopedic surgeon today and they took my stitches out and put steri-strips over the incision. Three more weeks in my boot and then maybe one of those beautiful shoes. He'll xray in three weeks and let me know. The worst part is being unable to swim or get in the lake. My kids are going stir crazy because I can not be in the heat without getting wet. So, they are miserable.
Hope your business does survive these tough economic times. Sometimes it's scary to think where we're headed. I'm so glad my PaPa owns it all!!!
Julie

July 2, 2009 - Untitled Comment She's precious. I agree with you, I love every age and never want to see them grow up. It's such a wonderful season in life.

July 13, 2009 - Untitled Comment I know that feeling. I would have frozen my son at 5. O, he was SO cute. He's a great help at almost 16 too. I can't complain. :)

I homeschool my three sweet daughters on our little farm, plus live along side my sweet step-daughter, my husband, our cat, our dog, some cows, and some chickens... God has done a work in me bringing my heart closer and closer to my family. And I feel so blessed.
