It is exciting to meet new blogging friends and very nice to have them give you an award! Thank you!!

I would like to pass this on to 5 other blog friends!!

2. Holly at Keeper of the Home

3. My good friend at CakeandCam

4. Tonya at mommy24jewels

5. Pam at Blessedwith2angels

Miss Jocelyn has been working very hard to present some wonderful gifts for her blogging friends for the holidays!
Take a look at her blog to find out all the details.
Now, I must post about a special memory during Christmas.
Our family has always celebrated Christmas by making candy and spending time with each other in doing this. We would gather at my grandmas house and roll up our sleeves and dig in. Rolling out peanut butter balls until we thought our hands would fall off. Of course, dipping the balls in chocolate was great fun! My grandma always included the children and let them help. Precious memories of gathering for these "baking days" are what I remember the most and we continue to carry on the tradition in memory of my sweet grandmother. My two girls, my mom, sister, and aunt usually make hundreds of chocolate peanut butter balls, peanut butter and chocolate fudge, chocolate dipped pretzels and pecans! We begin this Saturday! I can't wait.

We had a similar tradition when I was growing up. My mom, aunts and grandmother always got together one day before Christmas to bake all kinds of goodies too. I love peanut butter balls....they are too good. It is so neat to pass on those traditions to your children. I love it!
Thank you for the award by the way! :-) That was so sweet of you.
