Fall retreat

Last week was the high school Fall Retreat at camp Skyline in Alabama for our youth group! ok, I just wanna say that it was like THE MOST fun weekend I have EVER had!!!!! All my bffs were there and we got to hang out the whole time! Even though it was a bit rainy it was a crazy rocking blast! We even started our own "christian" gang! lol. We even have a totally gangster hand symbol! Our gang consisted of Nathan B, (the gang leader) Allie, Courtney and me. (Jeffery wanted no part in it. lol.) We had tons of fun going on rope swings, playing smugglers, and singing praise and worship songs. We also had a really really good speaker there, who taught on Jesus identity, and our relationship with Him. Fun fact I leanred from him: Jesus was a hobo! :D OH and did I mention we played a little prank on the guys? lol. While they were out at the bonfire, a couple of our girls snuck into their room and literally salted al their sleeping bags! They found out as soon as they went to bed. roflol.

quick update

OK you guys. I will have a nice big juicy update after the dance on saturday, but till then I will just breif you on whats up.  So last saturday I went white water rafting with our youth group. OMG most fun thing I have ever done in my life! haha. We had an absolutely amazing rockin time! Then sunday night I got to go over to Courtney's house for chilly and cornbread, and I got to hang out with her friend Maddie. It was lots of fun in a peaceful, girly way. It was like rehab for me. lol. school is doing good. I have all A's as far as I know. Not doing piano lessons or hand bells this year (thank gosh), and chior is lots of fun. :) Everyone in the fam is doin good. My mum is enjoying college. Everybody is very busy, though! I am really enojying Art this semester. We just started painting a giant self portrait today. Thats all I have time for today. I will have a nice picture filled post sometime next week. Wichterself 09

Ok ya'll guys, Im FINALLY putting up pics from the Wichterself reunion. lol. We had a TON of fun with the "Seawolfs" IE aliveagain13, Percy, and their fam. We got to go to a homrun together and other fun church stuff! We have many random moments and acward sayings to cherish after this last visit, and it was so hard to say goodbye! Summer Vacation 2009

As most of y'all know,  last week my fam and I went on our yearly vacation up North! We had a blast. First we went to my Uncle Bill's house in Virginia. While we were there we went up to DC and saw some of the sights including the museum of art! It was amazing. Next we went to Pennsylvania and stayed with our Gram and Pop on my dad's side. We had fun playing shuffle board there, and going to Mt. Gretna. After that we went to Camp Ebenezer to visit my mom's side of the family. We had lots of fun there playing with the local barn kittens and bonding with the family. Here are some pics from our fun filled week:

RYM 2009

So this past week was RYM. The BEST week of the summer! We traveled to Lagoona beach Florida in a charter bus with our youth group to attend. It was GREAT, the teaching was AMAZING and the beach was BEAUTIFUL!!!! Unfortunately my phone got wet and died. *sniffle sniffle* But we still had lots of fun and made new friends! This is my favorite teacher from RYM, Kurt Cooper. He taught a series of lessons called Did I choose God? Did God choose me? Can I even choose this seminar? It was REALLY good!

We made an awesome video for RYM and entered it into a competition. We made it into the top 4 but we lossed to a stupid "canned corn" video that didnt have anything to do with RYM or Christianity. Punks. Anyhoo I thought id post it one more time, just for good measure! :)

Ice cream social +sleepover

Last wednesday was the ice cream social at our church. It was lots of fun!!! We also had a sleepover the same night! The ice cream was awesome, but my favorite part was the toppings! lol. Here are some pics:

Music Camp

A few weeks ago at our church we had a program called Music Camp where kids come for one week 9-12am and learn about music, learn songs and play hand bells. Its for kids from the fist grade to highschool and it was super fun! This year the theme was All Creatures of Our God and King. The sunday after music camp we sang and played hand bells during the evening service! It was great! Here are some pics from the last day of Music Camp:

Matt's Graduation

Lastnight, my big brother Matthew graduated from highschool with honors!!!!! Ah! Im so proud! I still cant believe he has graduated already! Everyone in my fam except for Julia and Olivia went to see his graduation. It was a fancy cerimony out on the football field, and thankfully it stopped raining a few minutes before it started! The advanced chorus sang and I got to see my chorus teacher Ms. Alvarez one more time. (She is moving over the summer) Yesterday was also the last day of school for me! Oh happy day! Anyhoo, Matt was one of the last to be called up (because of his last name of course) and even though we werent supposed to Chriss, Katie and I screamed when they called his name nad handed him his daploma! lol. Now today I have almost no voice, but I think its because of a bad case of allergies. After the graduation cerimony Matt and mom and dad went to our friends the Chumley's house for a party. Spring Break Sleepover

Last Thursday, since it was Spring Break we got to have an AWESOME sleepover with Courtney!!!! It was SO much fun! We listened to Adam Lambert songs, watched HSM3, stayed up past 12, and the next day went for a walk and took loads of pics for ya! It was a nice rainy Sea Twins-ish day.  Courtney also got soaked when a water balloon we were playing hot potatoe with popped on her! lol, IT WASNT MY FAULT I SWEAR!!!!!!!
