The life of a Working girl
Today we went to the new house to try to finish removing wallpaper.....we did that for a while (didn't finish either) :( and then went outside to do some yardwork in the front yard....Dad and Thomas mowed the yard....It was weird cause it started raining while Dad was mowing the grass (it was really hot out and humid too. :)
The mail also came while we were there it came at about 11 Am.....now that I can get used to! :) It comes anwhere from 12-5 here! :( Man, my Dad is a dreamer.....lol 
Everytime we go to the house he dreams up something else he wants to do to the house.....at this rate we'll never move in!
Mom also told us some exciting news about Mrs. Parrish.....she is expecting another baby! 
I am soooo excited for them! They already have 2 kids: Kinley (2 1/2), and Nehemiah (1). I am definately going to knit her an afghan.....(among all the other pregnant ppl I know) 
I guess I have that to keep me busy this fall/winter.....good thing I have a whole week to relax at the beach when we go in Sept.!
Tonight mom and I are going to scrapbooking at church....I am glad we finally get to go this week! :) I am working on my life album. And mom is going to work on the one she started for my graduation! :) I can't wait to finish my first one! :)

Hey friends,
How are you all? I am well. Last night was fun! I got to see The Afters in concert. I love them. The lead singer was pretty cute. But mom says they are all married and have familes. Not that I would have a chance with them anyway! :) But the lead singer said he likes Alabama :) This was The Afters second trip to Alabama as a singing group. And the first time someone introduced them to Milo's Sweet tea (an Alabama thing) and now he loves and and loves to come to Alabama! So he was drinking some that someone gave him on stage! :) This morning mom went to the post office to mail something for Dad so I sent her to get stamps for me too! :) So I am pretty happy now! I mailed off alot of letters today. And now we are waiting to go to the pool we normally go at 3 pm or after! :)

Today we went to our new house and worked at stripping wallpaper from the kitchen and Mom and Dad's bathroom. We got it all down but there is still the 2nd layer (the glue like stuff). We also met our new neighbors across the street. They seem nice they have 3 kids: 2 boys and a girl. The girl is Anna's age and named Laura :) And they have two boys that could probably be Thomas's friends! :) I went upstairs to the room that will be mine and Anna's. I have kinda decided where I want to put some of my furniture :) I have also decided that I want cafe curtains! I can't wait till we can move! :)
Mom has been looking at appliances on-line and in the stores lately cause we will need all new appliances except a new dishwasher. :)
I am also trying to imagine our furniture in the new house! But it's kinda hard! :(

Does anyone know how you can reply to peoples comments? I am very new at this and still need to learn everything. Anything you have to say will be much appreciated!
I took some pictures of my Shelby dishes today. Dad has to upload them on his computer and then I can post them! :) Maybe tomorrow I can post them! Dad and mom are trying to cut down on our on-line time so I don't know when I can be on again and how much time I will have for internet stuff!
I am hoping that tomorrow we can go to the new house. If we did go we would remove some wall-paper in the kitchen. I am so excited about moving. We finally figured out the room situations too! I am happy about who I will share my room with. Thomas gets his own room, Amy and Angela will share and Anna and I share! :) And best of all I get to keep my antique bedroom set! :) Along with my double bed! :)

Hello friends,
Welcome to my journal. I am going to enjoy this I feel! :) I thought you all would want to hear about my family! So here I am to tell you about them :)
My Dad is Brian Fuller Davidson (51 next month): he is a hard-working man, and a good provider for our family, He works at Browns Ferry Nuclear Power Plant. I am not sure exactly what he does! He and Mom have been married 24 years in October 17! 
My Mom is Paula Kay (46 in November).....she is one of my best friends.....I love her so much she has taught me so many great things. She is a full-time mom and Homemaker and homeschool mom!
Next comes me (Laura May 19): I am a homeschool graduate of 2005! I am taking the fall off to study to retake my ACT....and hope to get in college for the Spring semester. I am planning to go to college to become a LPN nurse to work in the Maternity ward. My real heart is to get married and raise a family. But my "Prince Charming" hasn't shown up yet! :)
After me comes Angela Christine (16): she is very much into music. She plays piano and has been playing about 6 years! :) She has made it to National Fine Arts (through our church) 3 years in a row and has travelled to Wash. DC, Austin, TX and Denver, CO because of Nationals.
Amy Kathryn (12) is the family confectioner. lol :) One week she baked everyday. I like when she bakes. She claims that someday she wants to go to college to be a pastry chef! lol :)
Thomas Cliffton (10) is what mom calls "all boy" I am so blessed to have a brother! I love him dearly. He is Dad's buddy! :) He has started practice for Fall Baseball.
Anna Grace (4) is my sweetheart and best buddy! We do alot of things together. I am glad God decided to bless us with her! :) Life would be boring without her!
Right now we are preparing to move to the country. We already own our new house we just have to paint and remove wallpaper in two rooms in the new house!

I am going to try to take pictures of my new dishes and get those posted.....I have to get them all packed in the box they came in.....I wish they didn't have to be packed away :(
I really don't have alot to say except I went to the college and career class on Monday night and Jana said she thought she saw Chris's car and when we got in there we didn't see Chris. :( Maybe I should stop going to the Rock for a while....what do you all think of that?
Dad is almost all ready to put our current house on the market. He has a website all set up....I am going to try to sell some of my cds and books and maybe some of my old Christian girl magazines.....I'll try to post what I am selling here so you can buy if you might be interested! :)
Well, as some of you might have heard I am not going to college.....My ACT scores weren't high enough to get me in after all. So this fall I am planning to study Math with a tutor and try to get my Math scores on the ACT up....and then go to college for the Spring semester! I might also try a deep home ec course this Fall.....does anyone know of one that will be good? I am going to keep looking for a job. :)
