On Thursday we had our elections for local councils, and also for the European parliament. The results were not good for our present government. There has been an attack on home education by the present government, attempting to link it with child abuse. They had no proof of this, of course! However, they do not like the fact the some of us are not completely under their control. If they had their way, they would have every child indoctrinated under the present system, which is socialist in its outlook. It states that the individual is no concern.

Home education just screams individuality! Most educators I know, including myself tailor the education to meet the child's needs. As the statistics show, home educated children are more sucessful, both academically, and interacting with people.

If we trust in God He will never let us down, so however we are oppressed politically, He will make a way! We have no need to worry, or fret. Isn't that great!
