Alright, I'm going to really try to get some order in this post.
The topic for today's post is Thanksgiving. Why? Oh well, it's right around the corner!
Thanksgiving's a great time. Around here, we have a turkey, a ham, several pies and many other misc things. Our eating table is no small matter. Indeed, it's no small table, but it may be too small yet. It seems as though, every year we overpack it. Though, I don't think there will be as many people this year!
So what are you thankful for? It's a good question to ask any time of the year I know. I think Thanksgiving is just a reminder for us, in case we forget, to remember to thank God! It isn't turkey day, it's thank God day!
I just finished butchering a turkey. Ya know, I rather dislike the chore personally. It's easier to just buy them right? It is I'm sure, though, you don't get that home-grown turkey feel. Actually somebody gave us this turkey out of thanks(yes, they gave it to us to eat!).
