Our 23-month-old was eager to tell the family what we were having for dinner last night.
"Anna! Come eat sketti. Daddy! Come eat sketti."
Six-year-old Anna, in her most mature, doting voice, told Daddy, "That's so cute how he says that! When he gets bigger, he'll say it the right way, with the "Buh."
Daddy (age left off intentionally) nodded in agreement. "That's right. How will he say it when he's older?"
"Buhsketti."
Of course.

LOL! That is so cute! I can't believe Drew is almost 2! Did you really move away that long ago??
Rebecca has decided that saying "th" as "f" (like "fank you," instead of "thank you") is babyish, and she strives not to do it anymore. She takes it a bit far, though, because she likes to say "I'll do it myselth," and "A B C D E eth G"....

Happy Birthday Drew! Forgot that you and Jason and my nephew Chris all share the special day! And when you grow up, you explain to Claire that you pronounce it...... Skabetti !
Mason says hello too! Elbow/arm out of cast and ready to break another bone. (lol). The elbow is still bent, but gets straighter every day. His friend Maddy had her pins removed a couple of days later.
Prayers continue for Paula and Robert. Blessings to you all. :)
