~Living, Laughing & Learning Together ~

Monday....

A new week......and it's off to a chilly start..I actually needed to turn the furnace up today....brrrr......

Not to much happening around here today....Natalie and Rosie made some French bread this morning....  Natalie also tried another granola recipe today too..We have several and are looking for the best one....It was a very light schooling day for us....Rosie did a little math (multiplication tables).....After reading Abby a few stories and getting her down for a nap, Rosie, Alli and I snuggled on the couch and finally finished reading Summer w/ the Moodys....and we will be starting to read Autumn w/ the Moodys tomorrow...After storytime, Natalie and Nikki got them all bundled up and took them outside for a bit....Jake and I played a few rounds of Yahtzee.......Now Jake and Rosie are upstairs watching Seven Alone while Natalie and Nikki are getting dinner started....an easy meal tonight....potato pancakes, scrambled eggs, and toast...

Well, almost time to eat......take care~

I love....

good morning hugs from my kiddos, the first sip of morning coffee, laughter at the supper table, bread and cookies baking in the oven, a cup of hot tea in the evening, snuggling w/ littles in fuzzy pjs, favorite storybooks read again and again, well-worn slippers
