Well, we are trying to get more schooling in each day.....but boy, it sure takes alot of effort....
Alli did work on her letter Bb pages.....(let me tell you, that girl sure does like using lotsa glue, lol)....
Rosie and I got quite a bit accomplished....We worked on her multiplication tables, her memory/copy work (still working on The Ten Commandments).....She read the next story in New Friends.....she did a page in her manners workbook....practiced her cursive and re-did an English assignment that she had really messed up on....
And I even found time to work w/ Jacob on his English assignment...I think we completed 3 pages....
After naptime, the 3 little ones and I sat down and read some autumn/pumpkin story books:
We All Fall for Apples
Rabbit and Hare Divide an Apple
The Pumpkin Patch
It's Pumpkin Time
Fall Leaves Fall
and
The Pumpkin Patch Parable
and that's our day....

I used to teach Kindergarten and first grade. I haven't met anyone this age who doesn't love glue.

Karen dear ~ I tried to post a comment at your other blog, but couldn't because I'm not a member. I noticed you haven't posted here in quite some time, so I hope you will get this. I wanted to let you know that I have been thinking about you and praying for you this week as Bethany's first birthday has come around. It's hard to believe how fast that year went, isn't it? Thank you so much for posting her picture again. She was such a beautiful baby girl. I pray that you have felt the presence of God with you this week, and that He has comforted you. You will remain in my prayers, and sweet little Bethany will always remain in my memory. I have her listed on my blog, so I think of her often. May God pour out His great grace upon you this week, and comfort you!
Love, Kathy (formerly of TGR)
