Random thoughts...and exciting news too!

Well my parents are finally home!!! They came home at like 12:30 yesterday afternoon :)
Oh my gosh, funny story. My sister and my aunts were watching TV on Sunday (I wasn't home, my sister told me this) and they were watching local news (that cheesy stuff...) and the lady said "It's going to be clear and sunny and then Wednesday afernoon..." AFERnoon :) lol
Back to my parents now...
They came home and they brought like 60 pheasants with them!! They didn't shoot them all, this guy out there that they stayed with (my dad's business partner's cousin). They only shot a few...and they're sending them out in dry ice.
I'm ohsohappy that they're home!! I couldn't have done it without a certain somebody...:P You know, God works through other people sometimes, and this time was one of them! God sure is awesome...
And I didn't get the flu!! WOOT WOOT!!! Man I was kinda scared...but I knew that if I did get it, I'd most likely be fine.
I'm a little bummed out though that everyone had to leave right away...it's like one day it's 80 degrees and the next it's 10.
I think I'm going to change my template...I get tired of things easily...if this country wasn't so spoiled that wouldn't happen.
Oh, here are a couple icons that I made that somebody might want...comment if you use em please!!

SO...I guess that's about it. Sorry for all the icons...my sister wants to get on now, so ttyl!

hey!
haha oh that's cool! :) I have a Canon PowerShot A1000 IS. It works pretty well, but I really want a new one! I like using that one for just talking random pictures with my friends or something but I want a camera that's better at photography! :P lol I am asking for a PowerShot S5 IS for christmas though. I looked up good photography camera's on google and this was one of the cheaper ones. I can't get a reallly expensive one... but I think that one will work well. :) Madi's new camera was really really expensive! I am so jealous! :P lol I'm sure it works great! I can't wait until it snows here though, because I know I'll get great photos then. Haha so what kind of camera are you saving up for??
That's sounds like a lot of fun! :) I'm glad y'all were able to get together.
Oh yeah I know right that totally rocks! I always go to bed late... and get up at like 7:45. It's pretty sweet :D so many of my friends are like I have to get up at like 5am. And I'm like don't complain to me you should just be homeschooled! lol jk:) well I'll ttyl!

Wow! That's a lot of pheasants your parents brought home.
I'm wondering if you can help me. I think I was on your blog when I watched this YouTube video about a "lame" homeschooled guy who was talking about his life. This was a while ago, but I remember it was so funny I wanted to show my sister. I couldn't find the blog it was on, and I was wondering if there was any chance it was yours. Hey Ellyn,

I'm glad your parents are home and you're feeling a bit better. You're right; God is amazing!

I had to get the H1 N1 flu shot...if you ever get it, the next day it will feel like someone punched you in the arm...and if anyone actually does punch you in the arm, they'd better say their prayers. Lol :D I don't mean to discourage you or anything like that, but I think they say that teenage girls are at a bit of a higher risk. Of course there are other people who are at higher risk too. I'm glad you didn't get it! God protects us. Anyway, I'm glad I got the shot; I feel a bit more at ease now. : )

I think I'll "steal" one of your icons...maybe two...:D

I'm 15, I horseback ride, play soccer, have dark brown hair, green eyes, and am 5' 4" tall, have 2 younger sisters, and I have a fat, cuddly, orange car named Rusty.
