ready for vacation -- well getting ready...

We leave for vacation early tomorrow morning. Well, our goal is early but you know how that goes. We plan to leave our home between 5:00 am and 6:00 am. In reality, that probably means we'll leave between 8 and 9. Oh well. It's about a 10 hour drive (with no stops) so we just plan on it taking 12 hours.

I plan to get everything packed today so tomorrow morning it's just load the van and leave. I already have the children all packed. I am doing lots of baking today. I bake enough bread for the whole week and lots of muffins to snack on along the way. I only have one load of laundry to do today.

Sam and Bekah both have make-up soccer games tonight and are they ever excited!!!! Bekah's game is at 6pm and Sam's game is at 8pm. They will all miss their last game of the season on Saturday but then they are having a tournament the weekend we return. We have promised the coaches that we will do our very best to be back in time to play in the tournaments on Friday night.
