Last night Brooks and Sam went to the Predators game.  Sam was sooooo excited because they played the Pittsburgh Penguins.  The other children were excited for Sam to be at this game.  They all really like the Penguins.  You know, Crosby plays for that team.  (I'm clueless on this stuff but this is what I hear my kids say)      Brooks and Sam arrived early because Sam really wanted to see them before the game.  All children 12 and under recv'd a hat last night.  He was THRILLED with this but this was just the beginning.  They went down close to the ice to watch them practice before the game.  Sam made eye contact w/ Dan Ellis and got a "nod" from him.  Sam was over the top about this.   Then when they were done practicing, Sam asked the man picking up pucks if he could have one.  The man said "sure" and gave Sam two pucks.  Now he's really even more over the top.  This warranted a phone call to me to let me know what had happened.    Sam took his money with him as he wanted to purchase something Predator related.  So they did a bit of shopping before game time.  The game was 3-0 with the Penguins leading.  The Preds didn't give up though.  The Preds ended up winning 5-3!  The Preds beat the Pens!  This was HUGE for the Preds.
