It Arrived!
Well, the waiting is over! My curriculum finally arrived! Now we can start on schedule....Monday , Sept. 1. I will have all week-end to plan. I have had fun reading through all the books. My son is really excited now..more so than before now that he "sees" all the books. I love the curriculum I chose...its from Christian Liberty Press, and Abeka. I have already planned out all next week in my planner. I wanted to wait until Tuesday, since Monday is Labor Day, but he is so anxious, so I will go ahead and start Monday. I know a lot of you have already started, and I feel like I am really late...but I had no choice since my books took so long to get here. But, God's timing is perfect timing!

Congratulations on 25 years of marriage!
Thanks for stopping by. We will be celebrating 9 years of marriage. We were going to start school on the 2nd, but It didn't make sense to do so when hubby and I are leaving for 3 days. So we are starting on the 8th. Half of my kids are bummed that we are starting at all. Oh well, such is life.
I have a question. In the 25 years you have been married, did you ever feel like it wasn't going to last?

Thank you for visiting my blog and the nice compliments. Be blessed as you homeschool your son. My daughter started early because hubby has some time off next week so she did not want to wait till after vacation to start. I pray God will continue to give you wisdom and ideas as you teach. How is your new curriculum working for you?
I always love the start of the new school year. We try to go throught the summer some but never manage to make it through so we start again in August. Have fun!

I hope your first week went well. Great choice on books. I love Christian Liberty Press. I especially love the Nature Readers. They are so cool. Abeka is good too. I'm sure y'all are have a lot of fun.
