Nov. 9, 2007 - New Products Update
Just wanted to update you on the new items I previously blogged about. The mom handbags and girls backpacks are now here! I will be placing more colors and styles on the site by the weekend.
I also have scripture bags. They have been a great hit since going," live" a week ago. Get yours before they sell out. :)
I am still working on the boys and dads new line of products, so keep checking back for that.
I have shipped out all products from the free t-shirt giveaway. If you haven't received your t-shirt yet email me and let me know. I had a lot of emails with no blog name attached.
I have included a picture of a few of the scripture bags available. Will post more pictures later.

The Scripture on the bags read, "Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind Matthew 22:37"

As always, I appreciate all of your support!
Blessings,
Tracy

Oct. 17, 2007 - It's been a while
Hello My Bloggin' Sisters,
I know it's been a while since my last entry. I am still shipping out shirts so those that haven't received one yet don't be alarmed. I should have them all shipped by this weekend.
Okay, let me tell you what's going on with Homeschool Boutique. We have a big event coming up this weekend College and Career Day so we are getting ready for that. Oh, I have to tell you all this, I'm so excited we are coming out with an entire line of bags for homeschool girls and their moms. They will include matching book bags, tote bags, diaper bags with changing pad, duffel bags, luggage, purses, and wallets. Keep you eyes posted for those.
We also are working on some really cool things for boys. I can't tell you what that is right now, but it's so cool that my son and husband can't wait for us to get this product in. We are really hoping to have this product before Christmas. It would make the coolest Christmas gift for those cool homeschooling guys in your home. I'll let you know more on that either later this month or the beginning of next month.
Thank you all for your support of Homeschool Boutique and keep passing the word around!
Many Blessings,
Tracy

Oct. 2, 2007 - Homeschool T-shirt Giveaway Response!
All I can say is, WOW! I can tell you that I didn't expect such a great response. You guys have been such an ego booster I mean Spirit Lifter!
No, really guys you have been inspiring and I loved reading the blogs.
My goal for doing this was to bless some fellow homeschooling moms, get the word out about Homeschool Boutique, and to just meet some other homeschooling moms in the process. This is what ended up happening: I was blessed, I was able to meet some other homeschool moms, I got to see and read some great blogs, and I was able to get the word out! WHEW HOO! Thank you all for your support and your willingness to add our banners to your blogs! Don't forget to tell your other homeschool mom friends about us, you know the ones that don't blog.
I'm still working on the long list of bloggers that have added us to their side bar and blogged about us. It may take me a week to go through the entire list, but be assured that I will. We have more than 60 entries and that's fine I will see to it that everyone that has followed our giveaway guide lines will get a shirt. Also, I have sent lots of emails out because a lot of you were so excited about getting shirts that you didn't include addresses or your blog names ( no one forgot to add the shirt and the size, lol) to the email. So, the quicker you respond to the emails the quicker I can get your shirts out to you.
Thanks again for all those who participated in our giveaway. Keep your eyes and fingers posted you never know when another giveaway will pop up on you.
Blessings,
Tracy

Sep. 27, 2007 - Balancing All our titles
This January I started my business, Homeschool Boutique. It's a homeschool apparel company, we sell homeschool t-shirts, backpacks, bracelets, totes, and purses. This business has been a great adventure for our entire family.
We have attended 9 different Homeschool Conferences/ Conventions in 8 different states in the last 4 months. So we have been really busy. We've had a great time traveling, and getting to know other homeschoolers from different places. We were able to get some great geography lessons while on the road.
It has been a true test learning to balance all these titles wife, mom, homemaker, and now business owner. I love each title, and know that everyday I need to tenderly care for each one. That's why it has been a true blessing for me being here on homeschoolblogger to glimpse into other peoples lives and homes to see how you all balance your titles, especially the title of being homeschoolbloggin'mom :)
I just wanted to say thank you all and keep up the great blogging work. You guys are so inspiring.

Sep. 21, 2007 - Princess
I know I haven't talked much about my business HomeschoolBoutique.com, it's mainly because by the time I get on here I've been working and really need something to relax me. Since writing poetry relaxes me, I wanted to do another one. So, here it goes....
Princess
Reading my heart through my eyes, tells me a lot even takes you back in time,
To a little girl wanting to always be, a true princess but not only in fantasy.
To be serverd all day, while I laid around or played.
To have tea with great friends, and with flowing gowns I would dance.
The man of my dreams would sweep me off my feet, with kids in arms my fantasy's complete.
Back to reality my mind goes. When I look at my life I now know,
the princess I wanted to be, Is now living her fantasy.
Not being served all day, but serving, loving and giving I'm proud to say.
Instead of tea with great friends, I'm on the computer and dinning in.
Flowing gowns, no where to be found.
But the man of my dreams has followed me from my fantasy to my reality.
With kids I've been blessed to fulfill my dream of being princess.

Sep. 18, 2007 - Beauty Defined
Here is a poem I wrote while looking in the mirror. I've gained a lot of weight from having kids, and once we relocated I gained even more weight. I wanted to write something that I could put on my bathroom mirror, something that would make me feel proud of me. So here it goes.
Beauty Defined
I look in the mirror and what do I see?
My growing face of eyes, ears, nose and mouth staring back at me.
Hips, thighs and stomach bigger than they use to be,
Hardly what society defines as beauty?
I look in the mirror and what do I see?
Something more beyond my face and body,
I hear a voice within saying look closer at the reflection you see,
It's my soul staring back at me.
As I look in the mirror confused about true beauty,
I see my heart full of love, grace, and inner peace,
Lips full of praise for those around me,
Big brown eyes that see hope and reflect dignity.
Ears adorned with jewelry from those who love me,
Hips, thighs and stomach that reveal babies nurtured inside of me.
I look in the mirror and now I see that beauty is more than skin deep.
I look in the mirror and now I see that I define beauty it doesn't define me.

Sep. 17, 2007 - Blogging Help!
Okay, I will have to admit I have never blogged before. I would love some help in getting started. I've seen a lot of great pages and would like to hear some of your ideas on what make a great blog. Any and all input welcomed!
