Do you shop on-line? I love to find great deals on-line, and I save money on gas and find great prices. I spend a little time comparing prices, and searching for coupon codes. I can almost always find on-line coupon codes for free shipping or 10% off or something. I only order on-line when I can get great prices, and I always factor in the shipping costs to make sure I am getting a great deal. Here is one place where you can find the codes for on-line coupons.
How it works:
Usually, the place to enter your coupon code is towards the end of the checkout procedure. This always makes my husband nervous. Don't worry! Basically, if you get to the button that says "finalize order" or "confirm order" and you haven't entered your coupon code yet, don't click that button! You need to back up and look for an entry box. The entry box often appears on the payment page, or with the shipping page information. Just copy the code you found using control/c, and paste it using control/v. (Both keys held down at the same time.) This is super easy! Don't ever shop on-line without looking for a coupon code!
The bottom line is; We try not to insist on parent-led learning or gravitate toward child-led learning. We try instead to focus on God-led learning and ask for His input and perspective on every aspect of our home school. That way, when others fuss about what Dan and I are doing and make me second guess our decisions -- I can go back to our decision process and find God's fingerprints, reminding me that this is His way.
