I have never posted a TIghtwad Tuesday deal on Thursday before, but I just found out about this amazing deal and you only have until Saturday to make it happen. You need to live in a location with a Kmart, and a Sears. This is worth a bit of a drive! Your total out of pocket cost will be $15. You will get 4 movie tickets, $75 shell gas card, a $10 Sears gift card and $100 worth of Dockers. Here is how it works. Go to Kmart. Buy 2 $50 gift cards at the register. (not customer service). Four movie ticket codes for Hulk will print out. Take your gift cards and drive to Sears. Buy $100 worth of Dockers, using your $100 in gift cards from Kmart (they are part of the same company and accept each other's gift cards). Pick up the rebate form. Mail in your receipt and receive a $75 shell gas card and the $10 Sears gift card by mail.

The bottom line is; We try not to insist on parent-led learning or gravitate toward child-led learning. We try instead to focus on God-led learning and ask for His input and perspective on every aspect of our home school. That way, when others fuss about what Dan and I are doing and make me second guess our decisions -- I can go back to our decision process and find God's fingerprints, reminding me that this is His way.
