Nature at Work

On May 15 I took some pictures of Joshua outside in our yard.  I took this picture of  one of our Banana trees.  Well Friday afternoon while I was outside taking pictures of Joshua and Abigail playing in the yard I noticed that same tree full of green bananas.

Here is the Picture from May 15

Here is the picture taken on May 29th.

Can't wait to eat these sweet bananas.

Oh, wow! That was quick. How long will it take them to ripen?

Paula, I'm not sure but I am going to keep an eye on them and see when our gardener cuts them. We are not going to be able to eat all the bananas when they all get ripe!! What a blessing...more to share.

Thank you so much for your comment about Making Math Meaningful. After your post I am thinking about purchasing it. I also wanted to mention that I read your blog on a daily basis and enjoy it. How exciting to be able to spread the gospel in another country. Keep up the great work with your blog.

I so sorry that it has taken me so long to post. While we were gone to our organizations annual meeting our gardener picked the bananas in this picture. They were wonderful. We really enjoyed them especially Abigail!
