I didn't think you were when I read that. I kind of had a feeling like you were joking, even though I forgot about April fools!
The pineapple cake is soooo good. I had some last night, and after lunch and supper today. Thanks so much for posting that recipe. It is really good. Do you eat it cold or room temperature? I think it's probably best cold, although I haven't had it room temperature! Have you made it recently?
