Thursday, July 24, 2008 - LONG time.... and I haven't posted... so much to tell....
Hello, I feel like I should introduce myself... LOL!
First of all... The addition has come a long way. We had the *final* inspection done a couple of days ago......... didn't pass *sob*. :,-( Well, we have to get some more drywall done underneath the staircase...(where my reading nook is going to be. The steps at the porch needed to be fixed....and 1or 2 more things I can't remember. The inspector was a short, older, ornery, fellow who was very picky. Oh well, we had a feeling we wouldn't pass, although good thing is he allowed us to move over the rooms that don't need anything fixed on them!!!! YES! So, the boys room, the bathroom, the washroom, and the playroom have all been moved over......in other words all rooms have been moved over except mine! Oh well enough complaining! *sorry*
Like I always say, I hate long posts with no pictures, so here are the pictures!
About a week ago, we had some herrings in our yard... It was pretty neat! (there were two of them)
I had made some homemade mac-a-roni and cheese. Here it is....

Lol... I need to post, too....
When Dad finished our basement, we passed all the inspections first time round. :) I guess we got easy inspectors - they barely looked at anything!
