I am thankful for God's love towards me!

I am thankful for my husband...he is my very best friend!

I am thankful for my son and all of the questions he asks that make us think!

I am thankful for my oldest daughter and her sweet, sensitive ways!

I am thankful for my youngest daughter and her 3 year old antics!

I am thankful for my parents and their wonderful examples of how to live for Jesus and how to love each other unconditionally!!

I am thankful for brothers and sisters (even though they DID annoy me alot growing up!)

I am thankful for nieces and nephews! (especially the 2 that are due in November & January)

I am thankful that our windshield was fixed today and it was less than $250!

I am thankful for friends (blogging & in person)!

I am thankful for the freedom to have, read and live the Word of God!

Thank you Lord, for all of your wonderful blessings to me!!!!!!!!!

I love my BIBLE for many reasons, but lately I love it because it is the one thing that never changes. I change, my husband changes, my children change, my parents, brothers, sisters, in-laws etc...everyone changes. Life changes, the weather changes, finances change..this list could go on and on! But my BIBLE doesn't change, ever! I can always count on opening it to a favorite passage and it being the same..granted, depending on my current situation it may speak to me differently than before, but the words are the same...God's Words are the same, God is the same yesterday, today and tomorrow! "Jesus is the same yesterday, and today, and forever" Hebrews 13:8 I can rest in that assurance when everything else changes too fast for me to keep up with!

My DH and I are on "Vacation" and we are thrilled! My parents took the DC to Michigan with them for 2 weeks, which they will absolutely love!!! The DC haven't been to Gram and Papa's by themselves since before 'Lil Angel was born so it has been over 3 years since DH and I have had more then a night to ourselves. This is a real treat and we are really looking forward to it, especially me! They will be going to my brothers in SC for a week after we pick them up from their MI trip, so we will have a total of 3 weeks for the best kind of vacation! One where we don't have to leave the comforts of home or spend money! I spent all day yesterday cleaning the house, cleaning closets and I mowed the lawn so DH wouldn't have to do it when he got home. So now, I can relax and just enjoy the quiet..though, I do miss my DC very much! I will probably work on some lesson plans for the next school year and do some laundry today.

We finished our final IMPACT class on Tuesday night!! YEA!! Our case study should be completed and turned into our DFACs for approval no later then the end of June, so hopefully by the beginning of August we can start getting information on children. I am so excited!!!

God is so good!!! My sister and her husband found out they are expecting in November. He had prostrate cancer and was told he wouldn't be able to have more children (he has 2 from a previous marriage, 10 & 7) but God has blessed them with one. YEA!!! Then, my brother and his wife, who have been trying, praying and wanting a baby for over 9 years, are expecting in January!!! Praise the Lord! He has definitely blessed our entire family and we are looking forward to celebrating the births of 2 "miracle" babies.

The Lord is good all the time and He walks with me throughout each day. The good ones and the bad. On the bad ones He upholds me and carries me through...on the good ones, He walks beside me encouraging me to "keep on". Thank you Jesus!!!

I am blessed beyond words! I have a wonderful hubby that has blessed my life in more ways then I can count. He has been there through sadness, sickness, health, happiness etc. Through all the rough times and all the good times, he has never failed to stand by my side. He helps me around the house and with the kids so much more then the average guy, for that I am thankful! My dear children are a real blessing, too. They never fail to fill my heart with their love, joy, smiles and the never ending desire to learn! The love to help as much as they can around here and I pray that someday they will be the man and women that God wants them to be! Praise Jesus for His great blessings in my life!!!

I am praising the Lord today for HIS great love!!! I am so thankful that Jesus left His heavenly throne to come to earth as a baby and to suffer and die to save ME from my sins. The fact that Jesus bore all of my sins on Himself that day and that 3 days later (Easter) he rose from the dead so that I could live forever with Him in Heaven is amazing!!! THANK YOU JESUS!!!!
