Yesterday was a very, very, very hot day. We are promised triple digits until Wednesday. What do you do with six kids in triple digits? Slip~n~slide! We had so much fun, until our new couch arrived and I came in to see it. What happened you ask? A mud fight of course! I don't have pictures of the kids because mom hosed them off before I could click away! And incase you are wondering; NO, they could not sit on the new couch (I had to scotch guard it first!). I am of the Gregg Harris mindset when it comes to having a livable home. I won't go as far as pouring mustard on it to free us from the "It's brand new!" phobias. However I will be wise and scotch guard it so when the "Invisible" Kool-aid spills it will clean up easily!

Yes I buy "Invisible " Kool-aid it is a Bubbe's favorite new invention. Every time you mop a floor within an hour kool-aid gets spilled. So since it is going to spill, I have chosen to go the invisible route. I also buy White Cranberry juice  which also has the same lovable qualities.

Today we are going to have our Girl Scout Bridging ceremony at the park for Tirzah and Kezziah. They have only been Girl Scouts since March which is Girl Scout Birthday month and Cookie month. In that short amount of time they have earned 18 badges apiece!  I will be posting pictures tonight!
