On the Eighth and Final Day of Chanukah

My grandkids gave to me

Eight glowing hearts and candles

Seven peace filled minutes

Six thankful kisses

Five chorus of Chanukah Songs

Four Latkes with Applesauce

Three Chocolate Coins

Two Dreidels spinning

And an Oily floor from making Latkes
