I just have to smile at the idea of getting a "Thinking Blog" award. For those of you that are pregnant and trying to remember 'ANYTHING" you will understand my menopausal lack of brain cells! But far be it from me to argue  (even though I do enjoy a good debate). SinceCanadaGirl and Kristy both think I make them think, I humbly accept. And wondered about their sanity.

Now I am suppose to nominate five bloggers that make me think....

First, I think we would all agree right now that "Especially Heather" is giving us tons to think about and even more than that, to pray about.

Secondly, my daughter, Heatherly! She taught me how to blog and just recently how to link . She is an inspiration to me. She is the most Godly woman I know and stretches me. She makes me read things like The Atonement Child and go to Bible Studies with her. She is the first one to say, "Mom.... and can fill in the rest with just about any word of correction or encouragement. I taught her well.

Thirdly, The Journey because her journey blesses me.  Do you know I am really impressed with all of you pregnant moms out there that are homeschooling and throwing up!

Fourthly,Clanclave She makes me think about a million things. She checks my heart often, we love the same Jesus and believe the same things while practicing it differently. It is good to be denominationally stretched. It reminds us that each part of the body has a specific part to play. I think hers is not eyes or ears, but reproductive organs  and I love her enthusiasm for life! She is another pregnant mom I admire, but also a Military wife, there is no harder job!

Lastly, my baby blogger Tirzah. She may not blog often, but when she does she blesses me. But after all, the is what bloglines is for! When she hurts, I hurt, but it has taught her compassion for others. That is a gift you can really only acheive through experience. (2 Cor 2:3-5) She is so in love with Jesus!

I would send these nominations back to the ones that nominated me, but they already were nominated and would probably be angry if I made them chose five more thinkers.

Honorable mention would be Walden's wits and K-dad. And of course all of my FRIENDS. Ater all it is their laughter and encouragement and politics that keep me wanting to return again and again. Even those that have left HSB and gone to blogger, xanga and other places that only bloglines can bring me. I love you all.
