You may not be able to come with me, but I pray that you find a moment to retreat this week-end with me. For those of you that are not yet able to hide in the bathroom, the rule is "Only if there is bleeding involved do you knock o the door!" Enjoy your moment where ever it is!

LOL about the bleeding part! I hope you have fun!

I just wanted to tell you one more thing-
that diet is more than a raw food diet. You have to use organic food (long story...trust me use organic!!) and you juice. You drink the juice on an empty stomach to absorb all the nutrition. You really pump the nutriants and enzymes into the body this way. There is no more than 15% cooked food on the diet. It is very, very, strict but works and quickly too. There are more changes than that to make. They have a free magazine you can get. You can subscribe online and they send it in the mail. If you ever have time go there and just read the testimonials. It is amazing.

APS II is an herbal combination through Nature's sunshine which is the brand I sell. However, (I am a horrible salesperson) you can probably get it online cheaper elsewhere. Just check the lot dates because you don't want expired herbs because they lost potency fast.

It is so heartbreaking to see children go through this kind of thing. It is one thing when it is an adult but another if it is a child. I do hope she gets well...and SOON!!!
