The love of the fair ~Show and Tell
Posted in Grandchildren
34 years ago, I met the love of my life, yesterday was that day! Four days (three dates total) we went to the Fair and on the way home from the Fair my Beloved asked me to marry him and I said yes. Now 34 years later, my smile is still the same and my heart overflows with love for Him. Never did I imagine that one day we would be trapsing about the Fair with six of our Grandchildren. God is Amazing! Beyond what we can imagine!
Heatherlee teaches Jaden, Chai and Zemeira about silk worms. do you know that one silk worm cocoon has over a mile of silk in it?

This is a good picture of the silkworms, and Talia in her RIDE...poor baby she was two inches to short to even get to go on the Carosel! Not one ride could she go on!

Zemeira's first rollercoaster....sheer joy! What a good big brother Chai is to go on with her.

Aunt Christy will love Jaden doing this....

Notice Chai's smile...what a great smile!

Tooth #2 came out just in time for fairy money to buy Fairy Floss!

Talia's ride
She was such a good sport though. As the kids would wave and go by she would clap for them!

I have no greater joy than to have my grandchild walk in the truth. But this is awesome!

Thanks for coming to the Fair with us!

We get to go back today, it is Kid's get in Free day and Heatherlee still has to work the Spinning booth. No rides today just Attractions, Sea Lions ,White Tigers, Silly circus, Giant Snakes, magic shows and farm animals and Fair entries! Woo Hoo!
Canadagirl, welcome to my Show and Tell!

How neat! I wonder how many silk worms contributed to my wedding gown? Interesting fact about the silk worms! Your grandchildren are adorable.

What a super Show & Tell!!! Looks like tons of fun.
Thanks for visiting my Show & Tell and for your suggestions about thumb-sucking! LOL We've tried nail polish before, but I think now that she is a little older that might be the way to go. ;~)
Blessings,
Kym

What a fun post.
I have been reading you on bloglines, but this morning was the first day I was able to load your blog and see these photos.
It is so much easier to see God's hand when we look over a stretch of time. The fair, an anniversary of sorts... what a great time to reminisce and remember the goodness of our Lord.
