Today I heard that Bob Barker is considering asking Rosie O'Donnell to take over the Price is Right. I do believe that we have a voice over what they force feed us on TV.  I do pray, I do let sponsors know. Too often we say,” why is that on” and complain. We say,” why is that guy in office” and don't vote. I believe complacency is why we have so few choices in TV and Movies. So this is what I wrote and this is where I wrote.

Dear Mr. Barker, I have watched you all my life, including Truth or Consequences. Why did I love your shows and your demeanor? Because you always honored the US Military Forces on your shows. They came in their uniforms and you honored them. You honored them no matter the war. They knew Bob thought what they did was worthy of praise. My husband began his military career during Viet Nam and did twenty years through Desert Storm. His troops always knew you, like Bob Hope loved them!

So, I heard to day you are considering Rosie O’Donnell and NOTHING could break my heart more. I loved her when she had her talk show, but the last few years she has done as much damage to the moral of our troops as Jane Fonda did during Viet Nam. She equated our troops to terrorists. I heard her say it and there was no misinterpreting what she said, as surely as John Kerry did NOT mis-speak. We got their message, We know what they think. And should you place her on your show, I will never watch it, nor any other Mark Goodson Production, and that is a promise.

God bless you on your retirement, and thank you for your love for the troops. Please don't knife them in the back with Rosie!
