I was asked about the very yummy salad I had with my sister when we were at Saddleback by sahmto4ormore It is obvious that she loves to cook by her Fried Green Tomatoes post today! Yum!

First the dressing was a sweet clear vinegrette, so I am thinking rice vinegar. It has julienne slices like a coleslaw, and had some of the following veggies. cabbage both green and purple, carrots, green and  red peppers , cucumbers, Jalapenos,sweet purple onions and I believe green apples and maybe radishes. Sweet with a bite! I loved it!
