Today is my Blog-iversary! As of today I have been blogging for one year! So Mary is right, It is time to change my template! Maybe once a year I will do that, I know lots of you change things seasonally, and then there is Training Hearts' blog which let's ME change her blog pattern to suit my mood.
So here I am no longer a newly blogger, but just like a marriage I plan to keep things spicy and keep you interested so you come back for more!
Now for news from the homefront. Tirzah is at my house for a few days. It seems there was a flu at camp that Malachai caught and Tuesday while we were at the Farmers Market The baby Talia Threw up all over herself, her stroller and her mommie. Tirzah has been SO healthy this Spring tha we decided to try and keep her that way. Everytime the kids get sick and she gets sick, her body starts to attack itself...so here she is with me. I am learning all her camp stories (because it takes days for them to all tumble out) and she has been a great help to me as well. I thought perhaps she would be going home today or tomorrow, but it looks like she is here a few more days. Her mommie just called, and now she is throwing up. We are suppose to go out on Mike's dad's boat on Saturday, PLEASE pray everyone is well by then. It has been so long since we all went out together.
Yesterday I had a small luncheon with the Ladies that are assigned to be my helpers for our Bible Study in the Fall. I had not met them before and thought it would be good to get to know them and get a feel for what they like to help do. I found out they are believers (which I think you always need to check) I found out one likes to pray aloud and one does not, I found out how long they have been a part of the church the youngest one has been there all her life (she is 29). I was VERY glad Tirzah was with me because the 29 year old brought her two small children with her. Tirzah was wonderful at entertaining them! I was so very grateful as I did not know she was bringing them and didn't have any toys set out for them to play, but Tirzah knew where they all are! She was awesome! And the boys were very good for being 1 yo and 2 1/2 yo. I think the Luncheon went well. I just would have rather been better prepared. I will next time. At least we are not meeting cold turkey when classes begin.
All the kids came back from camp safely but because of the sickness I haven' seen Kezzi or Malachai hardly at all! I don't even have Kezzi's camp picture yet. But when i do I will post them.
For now, her is my spend the night girl, Tirzah. Happy healthy and staying that way!
So welcome to the beginning of my second year at HSB! I hope you and I get closer through the year to come as the Lord Jesus knits our hearts together.
because of Jesus, Bobbie
