Today my baby is 30 years old. As you look at your children, I know that you cannot fathom the idea of them being 30 years old. But they do grow up no matter how hard we try to keep if from happening. I honestly do not know how my children can be in their thirties when I feel like I am still in mine. I cn see him as the little 18 month old riding his inch worm and playing with his sister. They were best friends. When Heatherlee thinks of her brither, she thinks of 'A Wrinkle in Time" I don't know for sure, but I bet Matty can't help but think of Heatherlee when he watches "An American Tail" with his daughter. Kayla.

Heatherlee has a son that is so much like her brother, I wonder how much of him is in Kayla or hw much of his sister  and wife are in her as well. The live far away and it has been so long since we have seen them. But we did talk to them a few days ago as they were returning from Hawaii ( a 30th birthday in style for sure)

Syrena and Matty are so adventureous and brave. They swam with stingrays and went into a shark cage while they were chuming sharks....to scary for me, But they loved it. Kayla was so excited telling me about the dolphin that kissed her and gigglrd as she shared about snorkling with the bright colored nemo fishes. Their hearts were broken at the USS Arizona I love the patriotism and love of country being a military family and a military member has given my famly and how even at 30, the need to learn and experience is still in his heart.

Please say a pray for him today if you think about it. His walk is distant and he has no fellowship in the Lord to encourage him. My mama's heart wants grace, mercy and love for my son on his birthday.
