How I spent Grandparents' Day
Yesterday was Grandparents' Day and I could not have spent it any better way than down on the banks of the Feather River watching my youngest Grandson get Baptized my His Father! Praise the Lord! Harei Yeshua's first congregational Baptism has for three people. Jaden was of course the youngest. Early on, when Tirzah was about two years old and begging every other week to be baptized, her parents said "Let's wait until you are seven. And that became the number all the children have waited for.
Look at Jaden doing everything just right!

In The Name of the Father, The Son,

and the Holy Spirit!

Go forth in Messiah Yeshua!
Here is what his card said...
Once Day A Young Prince
Looked at His Heart and Noticed
Something was Missing.
He Searched Far and Wide
Discovering it was Jesus
He Needed Inside.
The Young Prince Loved the King
And Honored Him by Following
All the King’s Commands.
Oh How the People Rejoiced!
With All Our Love,
Pa and Bubbe
Congratulations Jaden We are so proud of the Desision you have made!

Generational faithfulness ~ And thou shalt teach them diligently unto thy children,
Oh, I think if I was was watching my grandchild get baptized I would cry! Ever since I read the Didache and learned that the early church preferred to baptize in living water... water that came directly from the creator, I have had a special fondness for lake and river baptisms.
Beautiful photos ~ thanks for sharing!
