Urgent prayer needed
One of our county High Schools is in Lock down! A gun man (believed to be a fellow student) is on the Las Plumas High School Campus in the Band room with four hostages. Please Pray for safety of all students and a peaceful resolve to the situation. Thanks!

Update is as follows:
Two sisters remained with the gunman as they didn't want to leave each other. The school buses removed students slowly. After a couple hours of negotiations and Your prayers it was resolved without incident. The Suspect a student at the school was apprehended and the four hostages were safe and sound. It was because we he upset at his girlfriend for breaking up with him. Reason # 7,463 why teens should not date!
Thank you so much for praying, it could have ended so badly. I am certain it is prayer ha ended this well.
Yesterday a the same areas Jr High, a man came by the Jr. High and knowing the student's first and last name was told her mom had sent him to take her to her mom. She was smart enough to not go with him and the Jr High's cameras were TURNED OFF!
This area is not a large California City. It is a town of about 50,000. How those parents can send their kids to school tomoorow is beyond me.
Again, Thanks for praying.

Oh, it gave me the shivers. Not again! This is epidemic. I prayed as soon as I saw the request--hope it's resolved and everyone's safe. This is NOT a good way to get your county on the national news.

As I posted my prayer, your update came on. "Before we pray He hears." Since I prayed late, I'll take that verse literally. I'm glad it was resolved. But we know it is not the last time we'll have to listen to this kind of thing on the news.

Dear Bobbie,
Thank the Lord! How upsetting to read about someone holding hostages because of being upset with a girlfriend! I am so thankful it was resolved peacefully. A good reason to homeschool.

So glad things ended well. I lived right by Columbine and know exactly how crazy a thing like this can be to a small town.
Thanks for the update.
