Tirzha's Bat Mitzvah Present from her mama
Posted in Tirzah hsp missions
Heatherlee has been working on Tirzah's Bat Mitzvah present for MONTHS now. It is the loveliest Shawl I have ever seen in my Life. Tirzah's Torah Portion is Genesis 1 Creation, and mama wanted it to radiate like the sun and like Jesus in her daughter. To say she succeeded is an understatement. It was completed last night, just in time for Friday's main event.
I would love to share it's beauty with you. Go here Heatherlee's Blog to see it.
I went shopping for portions of our present for Tirzah Today. She is getting so many jewelry Items I figured I needed to go another route. And acknowledge the "growing up" aspect of this ceremony. I can't show you today what we bought and what we made, but I will be able to by Saturday! Hee hee!
But You can see her present from her mama now.
And you can read More about Tirzah's Bat Mitzvah here as well.

Oh my goodness. I only wish I could make something so beautiful. Their sukka was neat too. I was underneath a sukka today with Anna, K's daughter. I got a picture of her and my Ashley under it. Anna will probably be putting it on her blog this week. I also took part in a dance. I liked to died, as it increased in speed towards the ending of it. I made it though, no heart attack. LOL.
Blessings,
Lori

Wow, that is so heavenly and beautiful. What a reflection of love from mother to daughter. Prayers continue that the Lord touch Tirzahs' body and heal her completely. Such a simple thing for Him to do right? Have a most wonderful and memory filled week as you prepare for Friday. And hope to see some pictures posted here after.
Love you, Laurie in So.Ca.

My goodness!! That shawl must've taken foreveeeer to accomplish! It is beautiful. Do you know how long it took her to make it? She must be quite the expert and diligent too. I know when I get into a big project I quit partway through.... I wish I could take lessons from her!!

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!! She is very talented :) It's an area that I would love to learn but in the meantime, I need to learn to make a quilt first.
Have a wonderful day!

Tomorrow is Tirzah's blessed day and I'll bet things have been buzzing this week, getting prepared. Your heart must be bursting with joy and breaking with reflecting on where has the time gone so quickly. I am praying your day tomorrow is blessed beyond measure and the most beautiful weather too.
Hope to see pictures of her in that heavenly shawl of celebration. Bless you Bobbie,
Laurie in So.Ca.
