The verdict is in...
So they tested me for blood clots, did an ultrasound, did the MRI on my knee finally and the outcome?
I have Arthritis! DUH!!!! It is severe and it hurts (I knew that) and the immediate fix was another shot.
Which by the way has helped immensely and I am grateful for the current relief.
I am so thankful for your prayers and grateful it was not something ELSE. Else could ave been bad.
This just says let the grandkids do more so I can sit down more. I am so bad at stopping when I start hurting. I need to do that more because I really over did it from Thanksgiving to Chanukah.
So tonight I am sitting in the recliner with my feet up and hopefully watch a Christmas Story.
I am blessed to have so many beloved friends praying for me (and for Mike). It has been hard on everyone and hopefully peace will reside here now that everyone has answers.
Heatherly has been doing everything while I could night and has been told she need therapy for her shoulder. (Obviously I am beyond therapy hee hee)
And her Beloved Sam had his tooth pulled today so..... Christmas is absolutely on the way.
Thank you so very much for your love and your prayers. I love you all too.

Then I know why the pain was so intense that day!!! Potatoes!
Stay away from all nightshades plants - potatoes, tomatoes, peppers, eggplant.. and a few others that I can't remember.
Your pain was increased because you ate so many latkes the day before.
Chocolate may be another culprit..
Have you ever been to www.welltellme.com They have a wealth of knowledge about natural healing.. you could search the threads.. or ask specifically about how to help you situation. if nothing else, reducing pain would be great wouldn't it?

I am so glad that it wasn't "something else". I am so sorry that it is so painful! I do pray a complete and total healing from your arthritis though, so that you can move around freely and painlessly!! In Jesus' name!!
I love you,
Melanie

I am continuing to pray you my special friend. I hope that you become free of pain :)
My finger is finally better!! I wanted to ask if it be okay that I link to you about your book?? I wasn't sure if you wanted me to do that or not. I just mentioned on my other blog and wanted to ask first.

Dec. 21, 2007 - arthritis?

I am so sorry to hear...after all of the testing and pain...that it is arthritis...on the other hand, there is a simple 'tea' that can help with the pain. We call it lemon-ginger tea and use it for a number of things, but one of the main things it is good for is...ARTHRITIS pain. Smile! This is how you make it: juice 1/2 lemon into a mug, add 1 TBS honey(raw), a pinch of salt and grate fresh ginger root about the size of your thumb to your first knuckle into the cup, now add hot water, stir and enjoy! You can add more ginger if you want and drink 3-4 cups per day. My 74 yo father was having much trouble walking, his pain was so bad, and now he is back going up and down steps and shoveling snow! Hope this brings some relief. I enjoyed your post on the Christmas tree.
Grace and Peace,
Ruth
