Show and tell with Canadagirl `It's Snowing`
Posted in Tags
It is show and tell with Canadagirl today and I thought I would share with you what I was doing yesterday. As some of you know we have been getting snow at my house. Now it is not the kind ofsnow Canadagirl gets and it is not the kind of snow most of you get, but it is enough to make the five year old in me very happy.

This is our street. The closest trees on the left, those are my trees. It looks so lovely all dressed in white.

So this is my first snowman of 2008. You may not me able to tell but he has an evergreen mohawk. I can enjoy the snow because ...one...I have a warm house with cocoa inside waiting...two...I do not drive so I do not get frustrated by it....and three....it let's my Canadian inner-child out to play.

And it makes for great couples therapy sessions!!!!
If you would like to participate in Show and Tell with CanadaGirl (And the rest of us too) go over to her blog and follow Mr.Linky around blogland. And when you are done come back and play in my snow with me!

Fun! Snow is great no matter how much you get :) I'm not sure how long our fruity bird feeders are going to last. We just put them out and we have below zero temps right now so I think they should be okay for a good long time right now :)
Blessing to you and your family,

We haven't gotten very much of the pretty white stuff yet. We have gotten way too much below zero weather though. Have fun with the snow ball fights!

Are you originally a Canadian?
Ya, you can enjoy the snow because it'll be GONE in a few days!!
Our snow is telling us that this will be a drought year again... sigh.

Your right - our show n tell's are polar opposites. But I love the snow too! Haven't had much, and wishing we at least had enough to really get out and play in. And since I'm not actually in Hawaii right now, I'm a little jealous of all that beautiful snow you had. Love the snowman too.

I love getting snowed in! It's such a beautiful site after the storm. I have many fond memories of playing in the snow after "major dumpage" lol. I'm hoping we get another doozy before winter ends.
Loved your pictures!

.....I've never really liked snow. But lately I'm really starting to see the beauty in it. Guess I'm more appreciative as I get older.
Great show and tell,
Heidi

I want some snow. I just told hubby yesterday that if it has to be this cold, we should at least have snow to go with it. Apparently not as we've only had a bit of sleet this weekend.
It looks beautiful. I"m glad you're enjoying it.

I loved the snowman with the evergreen mohawk. You look like you are having a great time. It is not snowing here today. It is supposed to be 42 and raining. Tomorrow is supposed to be -2 and snowing.
If you don't like the weather in Minnesota wait around a day.
