I miss trees. I do have some around my home, but we don't have those BIG OLD trees like back east. These trees are 20-30 years old.. and trunks are 2 foot circumferance... not 5-6 foot.. you know what I mean?

I just love frost and snow on trees. So pretty!!!
Thanks for visiting my food-log! I thought the potato pancakes were pretty much the same as latkes, so since that went on the "try again" list, I bet we will have them when we study Israel! We haven't got to Asia yet. ;~) Thanks for the tip!
