Encouragement Along the Way

Glorify the Lord with me; let us exalt his name together.

Psalm 34:3

Do you Vote on Super Tuesday with Me?

Tomorrow is election Day in our state so I thought I would share with you who I am voting for tomorrow and why.

It is the Why part that is really hard this year. The Primary elections not only chooses the Party's candidate, It also is essential in creating the Platform that those candidates for the Party must represent. I really hate the fact that we do not get to consider as many candidates as So. Carolina, New Hampshire and Iowa had. They dwindled from the race so quickly. So if your choice has stepped aside, I would like you to consider mine.

In the Morning Mike and I are voting for Mike Huckabee. He is the only strong Pro-life candidate there is out there now. The others say they are "personally" pro-life, but that tends to mean very little when a veto from a Democrat congress needs to be made to save a child's life.

Huckabee supports a parent's right to homeschool and is the ONLY candidate talking about this issue at all.Even though this is debated across blogland, never before has it been said that a candidate is winning because of Homeschoolers! Not just because of conservitives, but because of Home schoolers.

He has a reasonable plan to deal with ILLEGAL immigration as well, as something that is actually ILLEGAL! He has also Ran a State, He is qualified to run a country as another candidate so boldly announces on my TV.

These issues need to be on our platform and my vote for Him is also a vote for a Pro-life platform. My values need to be noted on the platform for this candidate. He is the only Candidate that matches my values.

He has fresh young ideas and is not a old horse waiting for its last beating.

I cannot vote on a Democratic candidate, but I have an opinion there as well. Boy do I have an opinion!

The Clintons are the ones that brought to you "China" and all its glory.

The Clintons gave China Favored Nation status even though their Human Rights Policies are an abomination. They were then and they still are now!

The Clintons opened trade with China, closing down American factories across America.

You do recall China don't you? Oh wait the RECALL is always because of China.

Clintons' China that killed your Pets with CHINESE Wheat ( Obviously to the Clinton's American Wheat Farmers wheat isn't good enough?)

Clintons' China then tried to kill your children by increasing lead levels in the toys you lovingly by them that also are no longer made in America.

OH and speaking of killing Children, It is the same China that the Clintons' gave FAVORED NATION STATUS too that is supporting Sudan in its Genocide of children, women and men in Darfur.

And they are also the ones that gave us HMO's that are allowing your loved ones to die because they do not want to pay for the treatment your doctor demands ( Didn't they used to call that practicing medicine without a permit?) And now she wants to take it one step future and Socialize medicine making your treatment availble in 6-12 months if you last that long!

A vote for the Clintons is a vote for global injustice and geneocide.

35 years of experience as what? Bill's wife? Nope they have only been married 32 years, as First Lady? nope that is only 12 years , heck I have been married longer than she has, does that make me more experienced? And Mike was at the Pentagon for six years, does that give me six years of experience with the Joint Chiefs? I was an AIR Force wife for 20 years, if relationship equates experience, I want a Pention from the Air Force Too! . Senate? nope that is only since 2001 this is just four years longer than Obama. SO WHAT EXPERIENCE IS SHE TALKING ABOUT? If she wants to yell experience I bet she has atleast 50 in as a witch! ( Yes I do have an opinion on who Democrats should not vote for!) 35 years ago she was  in Law School or just graduating. So obviously if you are considering her for economic reason, IT might be important to note that her math STINKS!

Oh and by the way, my daughter reminded me, why would you want to give back the White House to a Family that didn't respect the Office in the first place. Doesn't anyone remember that they TRASHED the White House on their way out???

So your vote really does say a lot about you when you pull the lever, mark the ballot or punch a chad out! It says what you believe in. What exactly do you believe in? Vote your heart tomorrow and see where God leads you. BUT ABOVE ALL GO OUT AND VOTE!

Not sure who holds your values Go Here Before you vote! http://glassbooth.org/

Our voting is next Tuesday, but since we vote by mail, I already sent mine in. I voted for Mike Huckabee, also, but ours was a long, long list. Don't ask me why...

And if I was forced to vote for a Democrat, it would be Obama for me rather than Billary. I shudder at the thought of another clinton in the White House--male OR female. AUGH!

Go, Mike!

I voted on Super Tuesday too. I voted for Ron Paul. I didn't vote for Mike Huckabee because I felt that he was too soft on immigration, would increase the size of government and increase taxes. I don't know who I will vote for in the general elections.

About Me

2 Corinthians 1:3-4 Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of Compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves have received from God. This blog is a homeschooling devotional from a bubbe's point of view or watching the next generation excel where I only succeeded.
