This post has to do with Homeschooling in California.
As I get email upon email about this court case, I am thinking, arnold just cut the budget for education There are not enough schools now. wat are they thinking? I think we sould take a chapter from American history, dress up like Boston Tea Party Indians, have all the local Homeschoolers go and stand in the parking lots of their local schools and ask...Where would you put us???
Just what over crowded schools need, more highly intelligent students crammed into over crowded class rooms making their already low esteemed children feel worse about the lack of learning they have received thus far.

There is also a petition to sign at HSLDA. If you are a memeber or not , if you are homeschooling or not, get everyone you know to sign this petition, NOT JUST CALIFORNIANS The petition is HERE
PLEASE get everyone you know to sign this petition. This does NOT just hurt Home Schoolers. According to this ruling Private school and charter schools which are being taught by non-credentialed teachers will be shut down. That includes most Church run schools and umbrella school programs
I really think war paint is the way to go!

I listened this morning on the radio, but I wished I'd seen your link first. The static was an annoyance. LOL My DD wants to listen to it when it replays at 10pm, but perhaps I should send her here.
It's an outrage. That's what it is. What can you and yours do? Why....move on up here to WA state, the state Michael Farris is from (so why do you suppose we were one of the first states to have a very cool H'sing law?) :-)

that is the exact same conversation I had with DH yesterday! We should all "threaten" to put all our kids in their classes, demand bussing and free meals too ;)
