Outside my Window... I see our neighbors new wooden fence and I love it! How wonderful to get a new fence and not pay for it. I think they are getting ready to sell because they are fixing up everything.
I am thinking..."As soon as I finish this I need to work on my Bible Study
From the learning rooms...Heather was just telling me aboout their new Bible Study Curriculum called Balancing the Sword. They all really love it. It was part of our morning phone call.
I am thankful for... Our Pastor's vision, on Sept 28 we will not be having church in our building, instead we will be out in the community meeting their needs and letting them know we think People Matter. We will be repairing homes, clearing brush away from houses, Washing car windows at various gas stions, quilting for the children's hospital, sending cards to soldiers etc. because Faith without works is dead.
From the kitchen... I will be mopping!I don't know what I will make for dinner tonight, but I will be mopping the floor today.
I am wearing...khaki shorts and my Contagious Joy T-shirt, no shoes, I hate shoes!
I am reading..."Slightly Bad Girls, Peace Making Women, Dangerous Surrender and eyeing The Shack."
I am hoping...to get to go down town and exercise, it depends on whether Mike has work downtown today or not. If he does I get to go, if not, I will do it here.
I am creating... Cards for the Tea swaps over at THL. I really like teabag folding and it is perfect for Tea Swaps , don't you think?
I am hearing...nothing, that means the washer stopped and I need to change the load to the dryer!
Around the house...today is cleaning day! I have to mop the floors , clean the bathrooms and vacuum. This is the first time I have mopped the floor since my surgery. Mike has done most everything for months and it is my turn to step up!
One of my favorite things...sitting at my beloved's feet while he teaches God's word.I prayed so long for him to come to the Lord and be my teacher, oh how I love it when he does and if he plays his guitar....swooning will follow!
A Few Plans For The Rest Of The Week...Get our Bible Study Class list finalized, help Tirzah address support letters, exercise ( I so love that I can actually do this!!!) , spend time with Heather and spend some quality time in prayer not just shooting up prayers all day.
Here is a picture thought I am sharing with you...
