There is a lot going on this week with Tirzah. She was suppose to get a shot yesterday, but sniffles postponed it until Friday. She has to get her Yellow fever shot and then begin her Malaria prevention regiment. It is the moments like these that brings me to my knees and God's Word. And so I pray... Psalm 143:8 Let the morning bring me word of your unfailing love, for I have put my trust in you. Show me the way I should go, for to you I lift up my soul.
And that is what He does. I am told Tirzah got a box of baby hats today which brings her current total to about 50. She has asked friends to knit baby hats for her to take to Rwanda with her. At this rate she will be able to pack baby hats and underware!
Did I mention the price of this shot? $125.00! Sticker Shock!
Which put this scripture on my heart. Will he not first sit down and estimate the cost to see if he has enough money to complete it?Lk 14:28 I am grateful that the Lord has put this call on Tirzha's heart for I know where God Guides God provides. Somehow He will bring this about because it is HIS plan.
In the meantime I look at the numbers and the deadlines and wonder where it is all going to come from anyway. I know she has three speaking engagements and love offerings will help. But I do not know when they are and the end of the month is a week away. That is when she is supose to have 70% of her funds in, I think she has about 55%. So please pray.
My neice asked last night if she could bring some recycling over here. She hasked her office if she could have the recycling for Tirzah. That was really kind.
Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding, in all your ways acknowledge Him and he will make your paths straight. Proverbs 3:5-6
Thanks for continuing to pray for Tirzah it means so much to us.
