Tuesday with Tirzah ~ It's her 13th Birthday

I am starting this post a little early because tomorrow is Tirzah's thirteenth Birthday. I am amazed at where the years have gone and so blessed to be the Bubbe of such a young lady. She was here with her sister Kezziah today and we took pictures. One of Tirzah, One of Kezziah and one of me. We than took a picture of the three of us.

This is Tirzah on her last day of being 12 years old. It is also the end of her Bat Mitzvah Year!

This is Kezziah...January will be the Beginning of her Bat Mitzvah year. She is now about two inches taller than her big sister Tirzah! That really makes her smile.

This is me wondering where the years have gone......

BUT That is not why we are taking these pictures.

We are taking these pictures because tomorrow for Tirzah's Birthday, we are all getting our hair chopped off for Breast Cancer awareness month! Our church is having a chop-a-thon. The girls are so excited. Tirzah has done this before, but Kezziah has NEVER cut her hair (except the tiem shewas suppose to be in a wedding and Tirzah cut it for her.

SO COME BACK TOMORROW FOR THE RESULTS!!!!

And to make this the best Tightwad Tuesday I ever had...How do you get your haircut and styled for free....

You let it grow until there is a donate hair for Breast Cancer fund raiser. Yep all we have to do is show up and we all get our hair cuts for free.

What a WONDERFUL reason to get your hair cut. Now I have to admit. I would be like Jo in little women and cry after in my room even though it was for a VERY good cause. [0;

Oh my goodness, Bobbie! You're all going to get your beautiful locks chopped?? (crying) At least it's for a wonderful cause. Two of my cousins routinely grow their hair out and then donate them to Locks of Love. I can't wait to see the 'after' photo!!
