My 500th entry!!!!

I can't believe this is my 500th entry. How could I possibly had this much to say? Hee hee! Iknew it was coming up and I couldn't be happier than to have it be posting a Show and Tell. I love Show and Tell and I love Mary and obviously with 500 posts, I love blogging!
I promised Birthday pictures this week, so that is my Show and Tell. Trizah turned 13 and Talia turned three. The theme "Blue's Clues" was Tirzah's idea since she has just introduced Talia to the world of Blue and Steve (not Joe, Steve). Talia calls her Blue's clues Tapes Her SCHOOL and kicks out the other kids because they have other school work! Too cute!
This is what thirteen looks like!
All we need are the kids!
But it is Blue's Clues, so before they can come in they have to find the clues and solve them. This is clue #1 Party Balloons
They each were given a pencil and a clue book.
This is clue #2 a "T" for two...hee hee!
This is clue #3 a present. Just so you know because you are homeschoolers and we need to know everything, this is a mining cart, track and part of the water cannon once used for strip mining.
Put them all together and it is Talia and Tirzah's (2 T's) Birthday Party! Let the fun Begin!
You have to find a Paw print, that's the first clue...
Talia is FINALLY big enough to ride with Great Grandpa because she is Three!
Does everyone get a ride?
YES!!!!!
This must be what it means to eat my dirt...hee hee
Even Dady came out to play! (Notice Mom, Bubbe...not out here we are cooking!)
Present time, present time open your present and see what's in side.
Taking turns one for me, one for you. What great sisters!
Look at my baby. Her name... Cucamunga... really her name ,her choice, her word!

And the boys... how polite to be interested in such girlie things!
This was one of my favorite gifts Talia received.
reat Grandpa...Talia would you like me to read that too you? "No I can read it , Tali, Granpaw Owl loves me so much " hee hee!
Great Grandpa Al...did a great job at making this Birthday girl Happy.
He made this Birthday girl really happy too! I love the African accent and the XOXO's on it!
Time for Cake!
Talia insisted EVERY candle be put on the cake!
Ok I missed the first Blow out..this is a staging for Bubbe!
Then it was Time for "The Pirates Who Don't Do Anything" Movie.
It was so very much fun!

I think 13 and 3 look beautiful. The theme for the party was to cute. I love the way they had to do a blues clues hunt. What fun!

I think this is a marvelous 500th post!!! You're right...Show and Tell is a great way to have a 500th.

Looks like a great time. To answer your question, I had a birthday in April. Unfortunately, I'll be facing 41 in a few months. Yikes! Anyway, the Lord is moving. We got news today that our landlord is looking to sell the house we are renting. We might have to move sooner than we know. So, I need to keep believing that All Things Work Together For The Good. Lots of things have been happening over here, as you know. It just seems like it's all moving in the right direction. We just can't seem to find a job in CO or anywhere. Now, with looking for a new house??? I'm left to faith and prayer.

I just checked. I am at 497, but I have made 4 posts private because my family and some people at church read my blog. While I wanted to journal my thoughts about a couple of things, I didn't want them public... so I guess officially I am at 493. So, I will be at 500 soon. Who knew we had so much to say?
The photos of your birthday party were so fun! I grew up geographically separated from my grandparents so there were never parties for me... of course, my family is less than functional so, perhaps, even if we were close there may not have been parties. What a blessing you are giving all of your grand kids!

Wow !!!! What a post !!! This was soooooooo much fun to read. I am sad it took me so long to get here. Your family is amazing and you can for sure see all the love there. I pray one day to have a big family like that one day. [0= Did you dgd raise all her money to go on her trip ? And I forgot the dates when does she go ??? She must be soooooooo excited !!
