When you want to change the World
Posted in Tirzah hsp missions
When you want to change the world and you are only 13 years old, you begin one can at a time. Going to the recycling place week after week with one goal in mind.Sharing the Lord of Jesus with the people of Rwanda.
When you are only 13 years old, you were not born when the Tutsi and the Hutus turned the eyes of the world on their small nation as family afer family experienced death first hand from the hands of their neighbor.
When you are 13 years old and this has burned with in you as long as you remember 13 days seems like forever as you wait for your dream to begin.
When your testimony is invited to be broadcast over the radio because they believe you can bring hope to their nation and you are 13 years old You rejoice that Your God is bigger than you are.
When you are 13 years old, you need the prayers of everyone you know and everyone they know before you step off the soil of your own country which is preparing for Change, while you are in another country bring Hope and while you are returning to share the Joy of this experience.
My Show and Tell today is to ask you to pray for Tirzah, Her team, the country of Rwanda and Tirzah's family . Pray from now until she returns home Dec 15. Go ahead and click on this Photo, Print it, put it on your fridge and pray for Tirzah.

Tirzah ~ Team Rwanda Nov-Dec 2008
Mark 16:15 He said to them, "Go into all the world and preach the good news to all creation.
Thank you so much.
Incase the election has garnered all of your attention. Here is a news story from today. Now it is not about Rwanda, although Rwanda has been involved before, but if you look at the map where the red dot and arrow are, the boarder directly across from it is where my granddaughter is going. Please pray for their safety.

We will most certainly be praying for Tirzah.
I am sure she is very, very excited and that her momma is a bit nervous and that her Bubbe is both.

You are indeed a word master. Your post was poetry and a tribute to this long-awaited missions trip! And so close to that red dot, too. But T is safely in the hands of God, and as Corrie ten Boom said, "The safest place to be is in the center of God's will." So T will be right where she should be...war or peace...upheaval or any other thing that comes along.
How happy she looks with her new passport! You must be doing a happy dance for sure!
Dear Lord, "Keep Tirzah between the palms of your hands, whatever may come in this land of needy people, dying without Christ. Let her serve you with all her heart and may many see your light in her. Amen."
