Mom's of Many Exercise Challenge
Mission of Motherhood
has issued an exercise challenge. WOOHOO! I am up for the challenge and encouragement. This is a nice complement to my plea of just a few days ago. So I hope and pray that someone will check in on me and see how I'm doing. Right now the plan goes as such:
M W F 15 min Toning video
T TH Billy Blanks "CRUNCH" video (suggestions for substitution welcome, even encouraged)
T-F & S Paper route with kids
M-F 2x around the block with dh
S&S off
So far so good for the past 3 weeks...until yesterday. We've been fighting illnesses and everybody has been sick except me. I even did papers alone (which means 45-60 min walking, normal is 15-20) for week.
