Hi again. We went to a dance on June 27th . That dance wasn’t my favorite.
Yesterday we picked some carrots from our garden.
I got a sunburn yesterday. We have chickens and ducks. Some of the duck aren’t very friendly.
My brothers had ducks when they were kids. They were MEAN. My sister and I when we were in High School got to live in guest house at my parents. When we would walk through the backyard to get to the guest house, the ducks would lower their heads and run at us trying to bite our ankles!! We would run as fast as we could, and usually we could outrun the ducks. I hadn't thought of that in a long time!
I hope your ducks are not mean. You dad had a nice duck when he was a kid. It was a Crested Rouen. A very pretty duck. Ask him about the time Toby the German Shorthaired Pointer "played" with the duck. It was not fun. Your dad held his duck all weekend, and the duck recovered!! He was missing all the feathers on his back though for a while.
