I had sent Jessica's afghan to her over two months ago and it FINALLY came back to me today!  Oddly, her replacement afghan (that I mailed earlier this week) arrived to HER today! 

When the box came back I could see why she never received it...  the address label was ripped.  All that was readable was her zipcode and the last three letters of her last name and part of my return address was missing too!  Little life lesson...  write the address on more than one location and even put a card inside the box...  just in case!

Also, do you all remember me telling yall about the Afghan that Mrs. Christina at Bundled In Prayer was making for me? Well the Post office lost the package, and Mrs Christina has been making phone calls to them trying to find it. Since the post office has been unable to find the package, Mrs Christina was so sweet to make me a whole new afghan! It arrived with the mail today. It is the prettiest afghan I've ever seen!! I saw a picture of it, but it is even prettier than the picture.... and sooooo soft!!!! Here are some pictures of it....

No, the pretty little girl didn't come with the afghan! She's one of the little girls that we babysit.

If anyone wants an afghan, I HIGHLY reccommend Mrs Christina. She does great work, and prays over each afghan as she makes them. She was so sweet through the whole process.... a very good example of a Christian Lady!
