We have had a welcome relief from the Texas heat with several days of cool rain. Lorelai was writing her Bs when we heard the pitter patter on the windows.

Although it didn't rain long that day, we made the best of it.....

I told Lorelai to run, put her rain boots on, and grab her umbrella. You should have seen the smile that spread across that child's face. Priceless!
