Jul. 13, 2008 - I know I know!
I guess it has been a LONG time since I posted here! I actually forgot I had a blog here!!! LOL I have all my homeschool curriculum and it can all be so overwhelming! When to start...when to do what subjects and how often and the list of questions goes ON AND ON!!!! Here is what I have for my first grader: Bible- Alpha Omega LIFEPAC Math- Saxon 1 Reading- BJU Phonics-BJU History- ABeka Science- ABeka Health- ABeka Handwriting- A Reason for Handwriting I didn't get a spelling curriculum because I figured I could just let him spell out some phonics words and test him on those. I hope I didn't leave anything out! It was SO overwhelming picking all the curriculum. I hope we have a good year. I am going to start him around the same time that his brother goes to Kindergarten and I am going to do his school while his brother is in school. Sounds pretty easy to me! LOL! I hope it really is that easy! Any advice is greatly appreciated!

I laugh because my mom finds your other blog through this one. She goes to mine and reads. then clicks your name on my friends list. Then finds this page. Then she goes to your other blog. then finds craigs. She needs to just book mark them all but she has a reading system. lol
In September there is a free Gateway clipper day. Homeschoolers galore! I Am going to let you know when it is and you can hopefully join me in going. It was awesome last year!
